5:00 pm: Exhibition close

Exhibition Space

Walls are constructed of panels and modular aluminum extrusions in system construct.

Inclusions

Constructed exhibition space 3 x 2 meters.

• 13 amp. Power Point
• Florescent lamp
• 9 Sqm needle punch carpet within the booth

For sponsors and Exhibitors with larger booths the same inclusions apply. Please consult with the Exhibition Team directly on booth design and set-up.

Registrations

• All 6 Sqm exhibition packages include one full registration.
• All exhibition staff must be fully paid delegates to gain access to the exhibition. Staff wishing to gain access to your exhibition stand will not gain access unless they are registered.

Delivery of Items

Items will not be accepted for delivery to Sabah International Convention Centre, Kota Kinabalu prior to Thursday 28 August 2025. All deliveries to Sabah International Convention Centre should have the delivery label fixed to them.

Advertising

Advertising applies to Sponsors only.  You will have been advised by email if you are required to supply an advertisement.The Onsite Guide for 21ABC will be produced in full colour. The size will be A4.

Satchel Inserts

Satchel inserts apply to some sponsors only. You will have been advised by email if you are required to supply a satchel insert.  All satchel inserts should be forwarded directly to the conference venue.  Deliveries MUST be received to Sabah International Convention Centre, Kota Kinabalu on Thursday 28 August 2025 in order to be included in the conference satchels.  Please ensure your selected items have first been approved by the 21ABC Event Team, then send 800 of them using the delivery label below.
