Vijay has over 30 years of distinguished work experience with Indian companies like Grasim Industries Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Aditya Birla Group and GRAVITA. During the past 30 years, Vijay’s assignments have been spread over the power, non-ferrous metal and engineering sectors. The core competencies include the formulation of Business Strategies, Planning & Budgeting, Financial analysis, Market Analysis and Merger & Acquisitions. At the present Vijay is Executive Director of Gravita India Ltd and head for the Company’s global business. He is a regular Speaker and participant at various international conferences associated with Lead recycling.
