He has spent a decade as R&D Head and Chief R&D Engineer, driving innovative solutions in various industries.
As R&D Chief of Synergy Horizon, Mr. Gonchar leads cutting-edge self-funded projects targeting lignin valorization across a number of sectors. Since its establishment in 2011, Synergy Horizon has developed a diverse portfolio of R&D initiatives, encompassing concept formation, experimentation, prototype development, and full-scale production.
