Hywel Jarman joined the International Lead Association in 2018. He is responsible for ILA’s communications and advocacy programmes. Previously he advised international manufacturers on media and political engagement with the British government and European Union. A former broadcast and newspaper journalist he has held senior communications and public affairs roles in the private and public sectors.
