Delegate Registration

Registration includes attendance at all business sessions, entry to the exhibition pavilion, a conference bag and merchandise, speaker materials, morning and afternoon teas, daily lunch, and admission to official evening social events.

All attendees of 21ABC must be fully registered and paid delegates, including those interested solely in visiting the trade show component.

Exhibition

The Exhibition will be open at the following times:

Wednesday, 3 September 2025: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday, 4 September 2025: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday, 5 September 2025: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

Accompanying Partner Registration

The Accompanying Partner Registration is designed for those accompanying delegates to 21ABC who wish to attend evening functions and participate in the partner tour. This registration fee includes access to all evening social events but does not cover conference sessions, lunches, tea breaks, or entry to the Exhibition Pavilion.

Insurance and Liability

The organisers do not assume responsibility for any individual’s medical, travel, or personal insurance. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage as needed.

Health

Please consult with your physician regarding health precautions prior to visiting Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo.

Merchant Fee

If you select to pay via credit card a merchant fee of 3.0% will be added to your registration fee.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified to Conference Works Pty Ltd by 23 May 2025 to receive a refund. Refunds will be provided minus merchant fees, administration fees and currency transaction fees.

Cancellations after this date will not be accepted, however delegates may transfer their registrations to another person.
