Resilience Through Innovation: How MOLECULAR REBAR® Strengthens Battery Manufacturing in Unstable Markets

Our world is changing in unprecedented ways. Global trade is being rewritten by tariff disputes, international conflicts, logistical nightmares, and inflationary pressures still lingering from the fallout of Covid-19. And yet, the Battery Market persists and is, at least in certain sectors, growing strongly when the right companies push the right products and address the right problems. Black Diamond Structures, LLC is proud to have been a part of the energy industry for over 11 years and we are excited to continue supporting the needs of market as it changes and adapts to new threats and opportunities.
In Asia and Europe, the growing popularity of electric vehicles places new demands on AUX battery designs which MOLECULAR REBAR(R) can help solve. We will present evidence showing how our products can improve the Charge Recovery and general cyclability of this new class of batteries. In India, Africa, and other hot climates, where the weather sets new records yearly, corrosion remains the battery killer and higher temperatures only serve to intensify it. MOLECULAR REBAR(R) can help stave off corrosion and delay PAM shedding to help overcome this issue and, potentially, decrease the deep cycle market’s dependency on Antimony to bolster grid strength. Customer testimonials discussing these concepts will be shared. Globally, where increased energy and raw material costs have made it more expensive to build batteries, our PbLite(R) process additive can improve production throughput, increase pasting speed, enhance CPK, and lower manufacturing costs for our customers making them more competitive and profitable.
We will also introduce our alliance with Addenda and Atomized Product Group (APG) to the Asian market and share some of our exciting joint product development plans which leverage our dispersion and expander expertise.
