Research on the Whole Industrial Chain Operation of Battery Manufacturing in Technology, Industry and Trade Integrated Enterprises
Against the backdrop of promoting global energy transition and achieving the “dual carbon” goals, the battery manufacturing industry, as a crucial supporting industry, requires the coordinated operation of its entire industrial chain and integrated solutions, which are essential for enhancing the industry’s competitiveness. This study focuses on enterprises that integrate technology, industry, and trade, delving deeply into the operation mode of the entire battery manufacturing industrial chain. It also emphasizes the analysis of turnkey engineering solutions for lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, as well as strategies for integrating the industrial chain under the dual technology approaches.
The study proposes an integrated “manufacturing + service” model with technological collaboration and resource optimization at its core, aiming to achieve efficient coordination of upstream and downstream resources. The research findings indicate that the operation mode of the entire industrial chain can effectively shorten the project cycles by more than 30%, reduce overall costs, and simultaneously improve product quality and the resilience of the supply chain. In addition, this model promotes the transformation of enterprises from single-product suppliers to comprehensive solution providers, providing a practical path for the intelligent and green development of the industry and the implementation of global resource integration strategies. This study is significant for promoting intensive and high-quality development within the global battery industry.
