Mass Production Applications of Glass Fiber Pasting Paper and Breakthrough Research on Glass Fiber Separators for Sodium-Ion Batteries
In the assembly process of power batteries, wood pulp fiber pasting paper is the traditional application product. However, a technical issue that has been troubling the industry is that assembling after applying wood pulp pasting paper to the plate surface may trigger chemical reactions and physical changes, thereby affecting battery performance.
As the micro-glass fiber separator manufacturer with the most complete industrial chain in China, Hua Yang has produced glass fiber pasting paper with two patented technologies based on its own product research and development as well as market development experience. After three years of joint research and development and batch application with Chao Wei , Hua Yang’s glass fiber pasting paper has been put into batch use by Chao Wei Group and launched into the market. This paper will detail the problems encountered by Hua Yang in the development of glass fiber pasting paper and the solutions adopted, and elaborate on the prospects and development directions of glass fiber pasting paper in the future application market.
Hua Yang has invested a large amount of R&D resources in the glass fiber separators used in sodium-ion batteries. This paper will detail how the glass fiber separator can be fictionalized through means such as coating to improve the flow characteristics of ions.
This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the research and application status of the two products, and predict future development trends. To achieve these, I have used various research methods: 1. Literature research method: Extensively collecting academic papers, industry reports, and other materials worldwide, systematically sorting out existing research results. 2. Data analysis method: Relying on statistical data released by authoritative institutions, using data analysis tools for quantitative analysis, intuitively presenting the development trend of the industry, and exploring the potential laws and trends behind the data.
