Jiangsu Sanhuan Industry & Commerce Co., Ltd is a high and new technical enterprise specializing in producing storage battery manufacturing equipment, associated environmental equipment and battery separator. The company takes the lead in the field by virtue of its technical advantages, advanced management and constant innovation spirits.
To service the storage battery industry with first-class technology, products and services is our tenet all along. We have been constantly developing new technology and new products in recent years. There are 16 series, over 100 products: oxide mill, paste mixing machine, pasting machine, curing chamber, battery formation production line, acid dilution & mixing system, acid chiller, dest-water system, flash drying oven, dry charger, lead fume/lead dust/ lead acid / waste water treatment system and etc. Ten kinds of which have won national patent，such as acid dilution & mixing device, acid chiller, curing chamber.
At present, we have built business relationship with 95% of domestic lead acid battery factories, nearly 1000 sets of our equipments are running stably in more than 500 factories all over the world. Guiding with the idea of the technique leading production, we successfully designed and produced the expender line recently. In the aspect of environmental protection, we developed the automatic leady sewage water treatment equipment, life water treatment and intermediate water reusing system, and obtain the Special Engineering Design Qualifications B, Environmental Protect Engineering Special Contracts Qualifications Third Class. Environment Pollution Control Equipment Operation Qualification Certificate(life water B grade, industry water A grade)
Besides the development and manufacturing of equipment, we also participate in technical design for new plant, undertaking expansion project of battery factory, providing technical advice for technical innovation project, contracting “package deal” project for battery industry.
