Please Note: All representatives wishing to visit the exhibition pavilion need to be fully registered delegates.

Delegate Registration

Includes attendance at all business sessions, entry to exhibition pavilion, conference bag, conference merchandise, speaker papers, morning and afternoon teas, lunch’s daily and official evening social events.

All people wishing to attend 19ABC must be fully registered and paid delegates. This includes those just wishing to visit the trade show component.


The Exhibition is open during the below times:

  • Wednesday 1 September 2021: Open from 12.30 pm – 5.30 pm
  • Thursday 2 September 2021: Open from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Friday 3 September 2021: Open from 9.00 am – 2.00 pm

Accompanying Partner Registration

The Accompanying Partner Registration type is available for persons who are accompanying delegates to 19ABC and wish to attend the evening functions and participate in the partner tour. The fee includes attendance at all the evening social events. This fee does not include attendance at the conference sessions, lunches, tea breaks or entry into the Exhibition Pavilion.

Insurance and Liability

The Organisers do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are advised to secure their own insurance policies as necessary.


Please consult with your physician regarding health precautions prior to visiting Malaysia.

Merchant Fee

If you select to pay via credit card a merchant fee of 3.0% will be added to your registration fee.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified to Conference Works Pty Ltd by 21 July 2021 to receive a refund. Refunds will be provided minus merchant fees, administration fees and currency transaction fees.

Cancellations after this date will not be accepted, however delegates may transfer their registrations to another person.
