The Exhibition is being held in the Ballroom 1 and Ballroom Foyer at the Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre, Siem Reap – Cambodia.
Monday 4 September 2023
Access for official show contractor to build booths. No access for Exhibitors.
Tuesday 5 September 2023
9.00 AM: Access for exhibitors to set-up booths
6:00 PM: Access close
The Welcome Reception commences from 18:00 at the Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre. The Welcome Reception will be held in the Bateay Srei accommodation building immediately adjacent to the event space.

9.00 AM: Conference Commences and Exhibition Open
5.00 PM: Conference & Exhibition Day 1 Close

The Gala Dinner will be held poolside at the Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre.

Exhibition Space
Walls are constructed of PVC white laminated panels and modular aluminum extrusions in system construct.

Registrations
- All 6 Sqm exhibition packages include one full registration.
- All exhibition staff must be fully paid delegates to gain access to the exhibition. Staff wishing to gain access to your exhibition stand will not gain access unless they are registered.

Delivery of Items
Items will not be accepted for delivery to Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre, Siem Reap prior to Friday 1 September 2023. All deliveries to The Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre, Siem Reap should have the delivery label fixed to them.
Freight is the responsibility of the Exhibitor/Sponsor. Please ensure you book a door to door service including transportation, shipping charges, duty and customs clearance costs.

Advertising applies to Sponsors only. You will have been advised by email if you are required to supply an advertisement.The Onsite Guide for 20ABC will be produced in full colour. The size will be A4.

Satchel Inserts
Satchel inserts apply to some sponsors only. You will have been advised by email if you are required to supply a satchel insert. All satchel inserts should be forwarded directly to the conference venue. Deliveries MUST be received to the Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Centre, Siem Reap by Friday 1 September 2023 in order to be included in the conference satchels. Please ensure your selected items have first been approved by the conference office, then send 800 of them using the delivery label below.
