Dubatt Battery Recycling LLC is UAE’s first and only Fully integrated Used Lead Acid Battery (ULAB) Recycling Facility and one of the largest such factory in the Middle East & North Africa. Being the first and only ULAB recycler in UAE, we contribute to the UAE Circular Economy Policy, UAE Sustainability Goals, and the “Make in Emirates” initiatives of the UAE government.
As our factory is situated within 20km from the Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, one of the world’s most busiest port; we have a tactical advantage to give our customers cheaper logistic costs & faster delivery times.
Dubatt currently produces Pure Lead Ingots and various grades of high-quality Lead alloys and other lead products. As our plant & equipment’s are designed, supplied, and maintained by SERI PLANT ITALY, all our sections are system controlled and require minimal human intervention thereby allowing us to practice the Industry Best standards and ensure we meet all environmental norms. By using the best of Italian technology and the collective expertise of more than 23 engineers with an average experience of 9+ years in the ULAB recycling industry; We can ensure the highest quality for our products without compromising on safety of our employees and sustainable growth.
The factory is spread across an area of 150,000+ sqft of land in Dubai Industrial City and currently manufactures 25,000 metric tons of Lead ingots per year and expect to multiply our capacity to 50,000 tons by Q2 2024. We are also setting up the regions first Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Facility in Dubai which is scheduled to be operational in Q4 2024
