Tahtong Vanguard Corporation was established in Taiwan since 1948. We had started with the former lead-acid-battery manufacturing and then became specialized in inert gas oven (IGO) manufacturing.
TA-960-O inert gas oven is the latest product.
Model TA-960-O, “O” stands for Oxygen level auto-control, keeps oxygen level staying near 0% during drying process, no excess gas remains inside of oven. Therefore, this model is relatively safer and better drying quality.
PLATE CHARACTERISTICS AFTER DRYING:
Oxidize lead(pbO) can be easily limited to 3% or less, give maintenance-free battery or dry charged battery supreme product performance and advantage on the market.
DRYING PERFORMANCE:
•Drying Capacity: 3000~4000 panels per batch
•Drying Time: 90 min per batch (one full cycle)
•Drying Temperature: 120°C
