FERRAZZA Industrial Automation was established in 1980 and now offers advanced solutions for the automation of battery formation and production equipment and machines.
Its core business is found in the automation of industrial machines, such as: C.O.S. and assembly line control systems for starter and traction elements, stacking machines’ control systems for traction elements.
As a system integrator company, Ferrazza can also design and supply SCADA, and HMI systems for lead-acid battery production processes, from assembly to finishing machines.
Ferrazza is also specialized in the production and supply of High Voltage, Leakage and Short Circuit quality battery testers and machine revamping specific for the battery industry – as well as the revamping of old and obsolete industrial production machines and lines, updating them with modern control systems.
Ferrazza’s revamping system can also be applied to batteries production equipment and lines. A revamped line will maintain the same machines and mechanical equipment as before, but it will be equipped with more advanced electric and electronic components, as well as improved and more accurate control systems.
Ferrazza is always open to new collaborations and new projects, to improve its knowledge and expertise in the lead-acid battery industry, as well as open to explore the lithium battery industry.
